Jason Kriskey, DVM
Dr. Jason Kriskey earned his Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree from Tufts University Cumming’s School of Veterinary Medicine in 2001 where he graduated with honors and was a member of the Phi Zeta Veterinary Honor Society. Following his graduation from veterinary school, Dr. Kriskey completed a one-year rotating internship in small animal medicine and surgery at the Animal Medical Center in New York City. After his internship, Dr. Kriskey briefly worked in a general practice before gravitating towards emergency medicine. He worked as an emergency doctor at the Katonah-Bedford Veterinary Center for a number of years as well as Cornell University Veterinary Specialists. Prior to starting at the Maine Veterinary Medical Center he returned to work at the Animal Medical Center in New York City in a supervisory capacity overseeing interns on their emergency rotation.
Dr. Kriskey is excited to be joining the MVMC team and he is looking forward to enjoying all that Maine has to offer. He very active in outdoor pursuits and loves exploring the coast with his family.
