LVT for Internal Medicine at Maine Veterinary Medical Center, Scarborough ME.

Candidate should be licensed in Maine and have at least two years of Veterinary experience as an LVT or Assistant prior to licensure (Internal Medicine experience would be ideal, however will train the right candidate). Ability to work a flexible schedule, including staying late for emergencies with some Saturdays needed.  Able to handle stressful and emergent situations in a calm and supportive manner. Excellent communication and customer service skills as well as an attention to detail a must. LVT for ER at Maine Veterinary Medical Center, Scarborough ME.

Candidate should be licensed in Maine and have at least two years of Veterinary experience as an LVT or Assistant prior to licensure. Able to work a flexible schedule in our fast-paced 365 day 24/7 ER. LVT is either assigned as primary nurse in intensive care or triage nurse on an outpatient basis. Both have very different roles but work together to execute the highest standard of care. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Will train the right candidate. LVT for Neurology at Maine Veterinary Medical Center, Scarborough ME.

Candidate should be licensed in Maine and have at least two year of Veterinary experience as an LVT or Assistant prior to licensure. Must be proficient in Anesthetic induction, monitoring, maintenance and recovery.

LVT for Ophthalmology at Maine Veterinary Medical Center, Scarborough ME.

Candidate should be licensed in Maine and have at least two years of Veterinary experience as an LVT or Assistant prior to licensure. Ophthalmic experience would be ideal, will train the right candidate. Ability to work a flexible schedule, including staying late for emergencies with some weekend call-in(s).  Able to handle stressful and emergent situations in a calm and supportive manner.
